WEBSITE CHECKLIST
As of February 2025, there are approximately 5.56 billion internet users worldwide, accounting for 67.9% of the global population (Statista, 2025). In the past, businesses only needed a simple website. Today, companies like Domino’s Pizza must offer seamless digital experiences across multiple touchpoints—including mobile apps, blogs, and social media channels. This growing digital complexity places greater importance on website design and usability, which are now critical for delivering convenience and maintaining customer loyalty (Chaffey and Smith, 2013, p.283).
According to Chaffey and Ellis-Chadwick (2019), a high-performing digital marketing strategy depends on delivering value across the 5S framework: Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, and Sizzle. A website that performs well in user interface, mobile experience, customization, and accessibility directly contributes to "Serve" (usability), "Speak" (customer dialogue and reviews), and "Sizzle" (engagement through design and branding).
To evaluate how effectively brands implement these principles, a 10-point evaluation checklist was applied to dominos.co.uk, the official website of Domino’s Pizza in the United Kingdom. This checklist helps assess key criteria aligned with modern digital marketing practices.

The criteria: 0–10 points
By meaning:
0 points = Does not meet the requirement
10 points = Fully meets high-standard requirements
