INTRODUCTION

This e-portfolio presents key concepts in digital marketing through four topic-based entries: The Ladder of Engagement, Social Media Platform Evaluation, Website Checklist, and Trend Analysis. Each section applies relevant theories and academic frameworks to real-world examples, showing how digital tools support customer engagement and marketing strategy.

 

The work integrates critical reflection with practical application, supported by scholarly sources and visual elements where appropriate. Together, the entries demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing principles and their relevance in today’s fast-evolving online environment.
